To be considered eligible for selection to the MBBS program, a candidate:

Must have qualified 10+2, or equivalent qualifications, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) securing a minimum of 50% in each PCB subject (which, in general, equals to minimum ‘C’ grades for Sri Lankan A-Level and ‘D’ grades for International A Levels e.g. EDEXCEL/Cambridge) and also 50% in aggregate.

Must have qualified Medical Entrance Test (MET) of Tribhuvan University / Govt of Nepal and admission must be based on the merit of this entrance exam’s score.
2020 Batch MBBS Admissions - International Candidates (non-Nepalese nationals)
Annual Intake: The College admits approx. 100 students per year in the MBBS program, each year.
Application: International applications for the 34th Batch of the MBBS program, commencing in 2020, are open. Please apply online at www.careermarg.in at the earliest, within the last date of application submission specified at the college website. You would need to upload the following documents (in PDF/image format) while applying online:

Xth / O Level mark sheet (copy of the board issued mark sheet/transcript)

XIIth / A Level mark sheet (copy of the board issued mark sheet/transcript - NOT the internet printouts)

Passport’s page showing name and nationality (Voter ID or Aadhar may be accepted provisionally for the Indian national candidates, however copy of the passport would need to be mandatorily submitted on admission)

NEET/SAT score sheet of the present academic year, if available
Application Fee of
Indian Rs One Thousand Five Hundred Only (for the Indian national applicants) or
US$ One Hundred (for all other international applicants)
must be either transferred online (using payment gateway) or wire transferred (via Telex/Swift/RTGS etc.), details of which are available at the online application portal.
Please note that application form must be filled online and all listed documents must be uploaded. Application received via e-mail/courier will NOT be considered.
Processing of Application: Application is processed for completeness, adequacy and minimum eligibility requirements based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Incomplete application, lacking necessary certificates or payment of the application fee would be rejected forthwith without any further correspondence.
Entrance Exam: Tribhuvan University / Govt of Nepal would conduct an offline Medical Entrance Test (MET) sometime in Aug/Sep and admission would be based on merit of the entrance exam score. Applicants are advised to prepare themselves and keep in touch with the UCMS website for the entrance exam registration form, date and venue of the entrance exam etc.
All international applicants of UCMS would be assisted for entrance exam registrations and would be given a large no of sample questions and other materials.
